    Interesting one: Not every candidate turns into a hire, but you turn them into an advocate for you, which in turn is an advocate for your company! This can be done only if you get to know your candidates at a deeper level by spending more quality time with them, and for doing so, you must assess him thoroughly and accurately to know where his skills and capabilities could be utilized fruitfully. Even if a candidate is unfit for a posted job, you can engage him through sincere advise on his personality and skills in landing him to his dream job.
